1Fear Is In The Mind Of The Beholder
If you overcome fear you set yourself free. A Japanese proverb tells us that “Fear is only as deep as the mind allows”. Fear clouds the mind with unreasonable doubts and can be extremely debilitating as one moves into the future. Debilitating to the point that fear can paralyze an individual into inaction going forward. The sad part is that, even inaction or avoiding something based on fear is no guarantee that you will be safe from the good or the bad that life can send your way. And as Gandhi once said, “The enemy is fear. We think it is hate; but, it is fear”.
